Duplicate accounts, including accounts opened by the same person using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, are strictly prohibited. atas88 will close all duplicate accounts and void all associated bonuses and winnings upon detection.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, valid email address, date of birth, and contact number. You are required to keep this information updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. atas88 operates under an international gaming authority licence and is accessible to users in various jurisdictions. 2.5 Self-Exclusion Status. Any such account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and balances forfeited.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your atas88 username and password. 3.2 You must notify atas88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of security. atas88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in account settings.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity carried out on your atas88 account, regardless of whether such activity was conducted by you or another person using your credentials. All bets placed and transactions executed through your account are binding.
3.4 atas88 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or other security breach, pending investigation.
4.1 All transactions on atas88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank internet banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, debit cards, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. atas88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification ("KYC"). atas88 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. atas88 reserves the right to require documentation confirming ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal processing times are estimated only. atas88 does not guarantee specific processing durations and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking networks, or force majeure events.
4.5 atas88 reserves the right to suspend, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or suspicious activity is under investigation. Any amounts withheld pending investigation will be returned if the investigation concludes in the member's favour.
4.6 atas88 accounts are not interest-bearing. Account balances held with atas88 do not accrue interest under any circumstances.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
5.3 atas88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. Promotions are intended for genuine entertainment purposes and not for systematic financial gain. atas88 may refuse bonus offers to any player at its discretion.
5.4 Suspected abuse of promotions, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors, will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of winnings.
6.1 All bets placed on atas88 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirmation. atas88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
6.2 atas88 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that an obvious error in odds or game configuration occurred, the bet was placed after an event's conclusion, or any technical malfunction affected the integrity of the bet outcome.
6.3 atas88 is not responsible for any interruption to games or betting markets caused by internet connectivity issues on your end. Bets that are confirmed before a disconnection are binding.
6.4 Game and betting outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer draw/deal procedures. atas88 has no ability to influence outcomes and all results are independently verifiable through the relevant software certification body.
You must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your atas88 account:
atas88 reserves the right to void all bets, freeze and terminate the account, and withhold all balances where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, without obligation to disclose the grounds for such action.
8.1 atas88 is committed to responsible gaming. All members are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and stake limits through account settings before commencing play. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately once configured.
8.2 Members who wish to take a break from gambling may use the cooling-off or self-exclusion tools available within the atas88 account dashboard. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and will remain in place for the period elected by the member. Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.

11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your atas88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bonus wagering obligations and any active bets must be resolved before withdrawal of the remaining balance.
11.2 Termination by atas88. atas88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, KYC failure, or any other reason that atas88 deems sufficient to protect the platform's integrity and the interests of other members.
11.3 Upon termination for breach, atas88 may forfeit any or all balances held in the account, including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by the applicable licence conditions.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which atas88 holds its international gaming authority licence.
